This is one of our wonderful townhouses in Spain, located in the picturesque village of Comares, which, due to its height and views, is also known as the balcony of the Axarquía. From its vantage points and terraces, it offers incredible views of the coast, making you feel like you're in heaven. Just a few meters from the main viewpoint and all the local businesses, a street parallel to the center leads us to this traditional village house reminiscent of our grandparents' house. At the entrance, we find a typically rustic living room with exquisite decor, and from here we access a kitchen and bathroom, with access to a patio that provides light to the kitchen. Upstairs, we find two bedrooms on the left and two more on the right. Without a doubt, this village house, with a little updating, would be a beautiful home both for permanent residence and for vacation use, enjoying the tranquility of this unique setting.
