The house consists of a living room, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a small flight of stairs that lead to the rest area of ??the house, with two good-sized bedrooms. In the lower part of the house, at street level, there is a basement/cellar, which can be used as a storage room, but which could also be renovated to create a small studio for guests.
