Description

This is one of our wonderful, typical Spanish village houses. This house is located on a quiet street in Archez, close to the village's local businesses and with good access from several streets. This house was rebuilt in a typical Andalusian style. Upon entering the house, we find a cozy living room with a fireplace, a very charming kitchen, and at the end of the living room, a storage room that could also be used as an extra bedroom. Stairs lead us to the first floor, where we find two bedrooms, one with a Juliet balcony, and a bathroom. Another flight of stairs leads us to the upper floor, where we find another bedroom, the second bathroom, and access to the terrace, which offers fantastic views of the village and the mountains, where you can enjoy long summer evenings in good company. An ideal village house for your holiday or permanent residence, at a great price.
