Description

This is one of our wonderful town houses in Spain, located in the centre of the village of Cómpeta, within walking distance of all the local amenities and in one of the main streets of this village where life flows at every step. This house has two separate entrances. From the main door we access to a hall and from the other entrance to another hall and a room that could be used as an office. Some stairs lead us to a living room with a Juliet balcony, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower; from this kitchen we access a patio at the back of the house and another room that can also be used as a bedroom. The next floor is the oldest part of this house that reminds us of the purest and most traditional style, with flagstone floors and wooden ceilings that are perfectly maintained to this day, consisting of a living room with a Juliet balcony overlooking the main street and another bedroom. Another flight of stairs leads to two more bedrooms and a covered inner courtyard with views of the beautiful rooftops at the back of the house. At the top of the house there is another bedroom and a terrace with wonderful panoramic views to delight your senses with your first morning coffee. A traditional village house, in an excellent location, ideal for permanent living, for holiday use or for renting.
