Description

Plot of 3.334 s.q.m. situated less than 5 minutes drive from the pretty village of Archez. The land has magnificent views towards Canillas de Albaida and Competa and up to the mountains. There are two ways to access the plot from the road between Archez and Corumbela, both almost entirely asphalt. Mains water and electricity could easily be connected. Part of the land is level and the other is dedicated to growing grapes, although currently not in production. There is a right of way for neighbors to collect their fruits, but not for daily use.
