This is one of our truly magnificent country properties in Spain, 2,5 km away from the centre of the village of Cómpeta. On the plot there are many fruit trees, olive trees, grapevines and a avocado plantation. There are views from the property to the verdant Agricultural countryside and the mountains of the Natural Park of Alhama, Tejeda and Almijara. The acces to the property is very good over paved roads. Gated entrances opens on to the litlle piece of Paradise. You will really feel you have entered the garden of Eden when you see the wonderfull surroundings of the house.

The house is an old Cortijo with beamed ceilings and thick walls but with a slightly more modern touch to it. It comprises a lounge with an open fireplace and wood burner, airconditioning, a dining room and a fully equiped kitchen. In the newer part of the property there are 2 double bedrooms (of which one airconditioned) and a shower room with WC on the ground floor. Upstaires there is a masterbedroom, a second bedroom with 2 person bunk bed, a bathroom, a seperate toilet and a connection to the fifth double bedroom that is situated on the second floor of the old Cortijo. There is central heating throughout the house.

There are lovely terraces around the house, the large terrace in front of the house has beams over which ramble grapevines providing shade in the summer.  The pool has heating. Hot water in the house is provided by solar panels. There is a double garage with atic, sink and WC. The land is terraced and irrigated with inexpensive water from a privat watershare. The avocado plantation provide a small income. Along the road on the property is a Vineyard and a Bodega with a wine cellar which houses the winepress to make your own wine. In the bodega is a press for olive oil aswell.
