It has got magnificent views down to the over the verdant countryside and up to the Sierras. Only 3 kilometres from the pretty village of Sayalonga and about fifteen minutes drive from the coast.

Interior accommodation comprises a lovely, open plan living/dining area which is bright and airy, a fully equipped kitchen which has a door accessing the swimming pool terraces and outside kitchen. Behind the kitchen there is an shower room which has also has a door opening onto the terrace so that it can be utilised when using the pool or outdoor dining area and three comfortable double bedrooms with ensuite shower room and fitted wardrobes having one of them an additional single bed as well as a double. There is oil fired central heating throughout the house and wifi.

The outside area is beautiful comprising a large terrace around the front to the side of the house where the swimming pool is situated. Adjoining the swimming pool is a Jacuzzi Room and an attractive wooden ceilinged summer kitchen with barbecue and double sink. A covered terrace in front of the property also allows one to relax or dine in the shade.
