The swimming pool terrace is on a slightly lower level than the main terraces and has a gated entrance thus providing peace of mind for parents with young children. The terraces at the front and side of the house provide space to relax in either sun or shade. Living accommodation on the ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room from where one accesses the comfortable living room with wood burning fire and french windows opening onto the terrace and a superb double bedroom with ensuite facilities (wet room). A terracotta staircase leads to the upper floor on which there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a charming master bedroom with balcony and ensuite facilities with both bath and shower. All bedrooms have ac/heating systems. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. Winter retals are available with a minimum of 2 months.
