The villa offers three separate buildings; The main house invites one in via the entrance room, overlooking the swimming pool and stunning views of the surrounding country side. A living room and open plan, fully equipped kitchen which provides access to the exterior rear terrace with large dining table and barbecue area with a pizza oven. Within the main house one will find three double bedrooms, one with ensuite facilities and another family bathroom. Both with shower facilities.

Along the drive way to Casa Moum one will find the first exterior apartment, divided in two separate rooms, both having the same layout, a double bedroom with ensuite, shower facilities. A terrace door opens onto the shared terrace area, overlooking Casa Moum and the Competa countryside.

Another exterior apartment can be found at the back of Casa Moum, along a pathway filled with flowers, the interior consists of a double bedroom and bathroom facilities.
