Marvelous rural plot in the Cantalobos area, just above the town of Almuñécar (Granada). The plot has 18,000 square metres with spectacular views down the valley to the town of Almuñécar and the Mediterranean sea. There are some wonderful pine trees, plus some olive trees on the plot. It has a water supply from the water cooperative. Just 4 km, or 9 minutes by car, from the center of Almuñécar.

If your idea is to build on this plot, you need to plant fruit trees or other vegetables, which require irrigation and then the Almuñécar Town Hall will allow the construction of máximum  180 m2 as a farm building. The farm building can have a kitchen, lounge-dining room, several bedrooms & bathrooms. You can build an open water deposit, in whcich you can swim (i.e the equivalent of a swimming pool).

Building the farm building, an open water deposit and putting in irrigation and fruit trees  or vegetables would probably cost in the región of 250,000 €, to the design of your choice with the architect of your choosing.
