Typical towmhouse in Salares, nestled in the Axarquia region of Malaga, at the foot of the impressive Sierras de Tejeda and Almijara, with hiking areas that create a unique image. Salares is a quiet village with a very marked Arabic style. The house has very good access and a few meters from the house there is a small parking area where you can easily park your car and go down to the house comfortably. Going up some stairs from the street you reach a plateau where you will find the entrance door of the house, which is part of the property; and right next to it, there is an independent laundry room that could be removed and thus build a front terrace to sit and have an aperitif enjoying the good weather all year round. The house consists of a living room, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a small flight of stairs that lead to the rest area of ??the house, with two good-sized bedrooms. In the lower part of the house, at street level, there is a basement/cellar, which can be used as a storage room, but which could also be renovated to create a small studio for guests. This house was renovated but maintaining the standards of the time of our ancestors. Without a doubt, a little gem straight out of a story!
