This is one of our traditional country properties in Spain. A short drive from Competa and with a concreted access, we find this traditional semi-detached finca with a large plot of avocado trees in production. A shared entrance leads to the property which is distributed over two levels and full of traditional features that add the characteristic charm of this type of traditional property. The interior consists of a small living room, two single rooms, a bathroom and a double room. From the outside you can access two storage rooms and a room where all the machinery for the irrigation system is currently located. Also, it has another construction previously used as a stable. The plot has a large number of trees in production with irrigation system, and impressive views towards the mountains and the valley. As well as sea views from the back of the property.
