Would you like to live in one of the highest and most beautiful white villages in the Axarquía? Comares is popularly known as the “Balcony of the Axarquía” thanks to the panoramic views of this eastern region of Malaga. Its location on a hill may create certain expectations regarding its height above sea level, but the reality is that it barely exceeds 700 meters above sea level, but visually it appears to be anchored on the highest peak of a hill. From its wonderful viewpoints you will be able to enjoy spectacular views that will leave you hypnotized. This house is located in the old part of the village of Comares, a few meters from the town center and within reach of small local businesses, bars and restaurants. The house has two floors. On the ground floor you can find a living room/hall, a kitchen with a fireplace and access to a private patio; and a bathroom. A climb of stairs takes you to the first floor where there is a toilet, three large bedrooms, one of them with a balcony overlooking the town. This property is in good condition and just needs a touch of modernization or you can also maintain its rustic style.
