Plot of app 930 sqm set on the edge of the pretty Natural Park, and just 10 minutes walking from the villages of Competa and Canillas de Albaida. Access is at present via a pedestrian entrance but is possible to park nearby. Currently there are olive trees although could be easily change the type of crop and plant fruit trees, or a small garden. This small land thanks to its good location, it would be ideal for someone who has a house in the village and want to have a garden. From the site there are panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the villages and la Maroma. No water or electricity connected, the electricity would be easy to connect.
