Rural plot of land with permission to build a 24 m2 farm building, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. It has more than 2,700 m2 of land , all fenced and with a cement road to go up to the flat platform where the farm building is expected to be built. The plot has a share of water from the local farm cooperative and a deposit installed. The electricity has been brought to the plot.
