Large country plot of approx 40,000 m2 in the Marqués district of Torrox, approximately 4 km from Torrox on the way to Frigiliana, or 10 km from Nerja. The property does not have a water supply, but the Pérez stream flows along the edge of part of the plots and there is a natural source of water near the house and there was an open water deposit nearby (under the bushes).
