This property is located near the main street of this municipality and close to all available services; ten minutes from Alhama de Granada and half an hour from Granada capital, with easy connection to the Mediterranean Highway that can take you in 45 minutes to the Costa Tropical, where you can enjoy its wonderful beaches.

From the main door, some stairs lead us to a living room with a balcony/viewpoint where you can enjoy your cup of coffee or your aperitif, a kitchen and a small patio that gives light, three large bedrooms and a bathroom.
