Country Property in Sayalonga, Inland Andalucia at the foot of the mountains

This is a beautiful, large villa with great potential as a business or alternatively as a family home.

The access roads are completely concreted, the property is in a quiet area and it is located only 300mts from Sayalonga, the closest village, and the beach is 9km away. The property has magnificent panoramic views of the Natural Park of the Sierra Almijara and down to the Mediterranean Sea, with its coast and the bays of Torre del Mar and Málaga.

 The plot is 19,500m2, and it has 3000m2 of completely fenced land.

We access the property through a grand wrought iron entrance gate, and we find a double garage of 80m2 with 2 fully automatic gates, a large utility/laundry room and a dog kennel. At the main villa we arrive at an entrance hall, which has views to a large courtyard and an old carrob tree. 

From here, we can go upstairs to the first floor, which has a very large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom that counts with a corner bath and separate shower, and a smaller conservatory with steps down to the pool.
