This is one of our charming country houses in Spain, located next to the gently flowing river in Árchez. The property is within walking distance of the village and also offers excellent access by car.

Through an automatic gate, you reach a spacious parking area where two cars can be comfortably parked under a covered carport. From the small entrance hall, you enter the cozy kitchen-dining area. This rustic-style kitchen is an ideal place to enjoy and spend time with family. A masonry arch connects the kitchen to the living room, which in turn opens onto a bright sunroom. From here, through the large sliding door, you can enjoy beautiful views of the pool and have direct access to the terrace.

Returning to the kitchen, you enter a hallway where three bedrooms are located, with a bathroom situated between them. At the end of the hallway is the spacious master bedroom, which has its own en-suite bathroom.

The terrace is fully fenced, providing a safe and private outdoor space.

Next to the pool, separate from the house, there is a practical storage room housing the washing machine and dryer, as well as the pool’s pumping system.

Under the pergola by the pool, you can relax in the shade while enjoying the numerous birds attracted by the nearby river and presence of water.
