This is one of our wonderful country properties in Spain, featuring a traditional main house and a guest cottage located just 5 km from Vélez-Málaga. Nestled in the countryside, this beautiful traditional Spanish country house combines rustic charm with the comforts of a modern home.

The property is accessed via a partially paved road, about 7 minutes from the main road in Vélez-Málaga. From the gated entrance, a driveway leads to the parking area with space for several vehicles.

Beautiful traditional-style double wooden doors provide access to the estate and both properties. The apartment is located to the left and boasts a spacious front terrace, perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining. The main house is to the right, offering complete privacy from the guest cottage. To one side, there is a barbecue area, a bread/pizza oven, and a good-sized storage/laundry room.

Surrounding the house is a spacious covered terrace. At the end of the terrace, steps lead down to the pool area (8 x 4 m), where you can cool off on hot summer days while enjoying panoramic views of the hills and mountains.

From the covered terrace, a traditional wooden door provides access to the main house, which features an open-plan living area. To the right is the rustic-style kitchen, and to the left is the dining/living room, equipped with air conditioning and a double-sided wood-burning stove.

From this area, you can access a cozy and spacious office. To the left is the master bedroom, also equipped with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and built-in wardrobes. To the right of the office is another double bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom.

The guest cottage features a spacious kitchen and a living room equipped with air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. The living room features French doors opening onto the terrace, creating a bright and airy space. There is also a separate guest toilet on this floor.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and French doors leading to a small balcony.
