This is one of our stunning holiday villas with private pool in Spain in one of the most amazing locations in the area with magnificent views of the sparkling Mediterrananen , the beautiful countryside and the impressive Sierras. Access is mostly by tarmac road aprox 5.5 km from the village of Competa.  The exterior has many pretty trees and shrubs.

The gated entrance opens onto the parking space and garage at the side of the property giving lots of space in which to park.

Interior accommodation comprises a bright and cheerful conservatory with patio doors opening into the living room and to the front and side of the house , a spacious living area with woodburning fire , a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops , two double bedrooms, an attractively tiled family bathroom and a charming master bedroom with ensuite facilities with both bath and shower.  All bedrooms have fans and radiators, perfect for holidays either in the cooler or hotter months.

The 3.5 x 8m swimming pool is situated at the side of the house and is terraced all around.
