All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning installed with both hot and cool air. For the cooler months there is also a wood burning fire in the living room.

The exterior of the property is stunning, with a large swimming pool of 10 x 4,5 mts open all year round.  The swimming pool has glass all around. The exterior has a large terrace, partly covered and also a large barbecue area.
