Country Property in Cómpeta, Inland Andalucia in the mountains

This is one of our country villas with swimming pool in Spain in a beautiful setting only a few minutes drive from the lovely white mountain village of Cómpeta and around 30 minutes from the beaches of the Costa del Sol. The property has magnificent views and benefits from a wonderful peaceful setting surrounded by olive groves.

The property offers good access via a concrete track and gates open up to a large parking area with a car port. Next to the private swimming pool is a lovely wooden gazebo an ideal place for relaxing or dining.

Interior accommodation comprises a dining room with patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area. Next to the dining room is a large open plan living room with wood burning fire with high ceilings and wooden beams and a modern kitchen fitted to a high standard equipped with a Nespresso machine.  There are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm and another with a double and 1 single. The master bedroom has ensuite facilities and there is also an attractively tiled family bathroom.

There is air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

The exterior is also very charming with terraces to match your mood, whether you want to lie beside the pool and sunbathe, escape to the pretty terrace at the front of the house and  relax with a good book , or dine in the shade of the covered terrace on a hot summers evening.   The property is surrounded by citrus trees perfect for enjoying in the spanish sun! 

The property offers a google sound system, fast internet and smart TV.
