This is one of our country villas with swimming pool in Spain in a beautiful setting only a few minutes drive from the lovely white mountain village of Cómpeta and around 30 minutes from the beaches of the Costa del Sol. The property has magnificent views and benefits from a wonderful peaceful setting.

Interior accommodation comprises a living room with patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area, a flight of stairs from this room lead you up to one of the roof terraces which over looks the pool area and surrounding country side.

Following the living room one will find the dining room and fully equipped kitchen area, with an adjoining bathroom with shower facilities.

Interior accommodation also consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bath facilities. The bedroom provides air conditioning and patio doors which open to the entrance area of the property.

The exterior is also very charming with terraces to match your mood, whether you want to lie beside the pool and sunbathe, escape to the pretty roof terraces and  relax with a good book , or dine in the shade of the covered terrace on a hot summers evening by the barbecue.
