It has a large semicovered terrace where there is a summer kitchen with BBQ and the swimming pool area where there is plenty of space to sunbathe on which to enjoy the alfresco lifestyle of sunny Spain.

Interior accommodation comprises a living area equiped with wood burner for cosy evenings in the cooler season, a totally  enchanting dining area and a fully fitted independent kitchen. A hallway leads to a family bathroom with round bathtub, two double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other one with two single beds and the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside the property is decorated with beautiful decoration and plants and has a balinese bed. This villa is perfect to be in winter months where you can enjoy the best climate in Europe. In an quiet position that gives one the opportunity to escape from the bustle of the city, release tension and reduce stress but also very close to the village with all services and sandy beaches.

This property has a working fireplace and hot and cold air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room.

Included in the price is the cost of water and WIFI. Electricity is not included in the price, although there are solar panels on the property, so even in winter the cost of electricity is low.

 *The two bathrooms have been renovated and modernised, so there is no longer a bathtub, but a shower.
