Rural Plot in Sedella, Inland Andalucia in the mountains

Three plots of land with a total of approximately 80.000 m2 situated in the countryside on about a 5-minute-drive from Sedella, the coast can be reached within 25 minutes. This property has incredibly marvellous sea views, to the pretty white washed Andalucian villages and the mountains including the Monte Maroma.

There are currently 3 plots on the terrain but more plots can be created. One plot is approximately 2.200 m2 and there is one plot of approximately 20.000 m2 and another one of approximately 58.000 m2

The plots have separate accesses directly from the main road and all plots contain small ruins that makes construction possible given the current law.

Two of the plots have preparation for pools and there are lots of fruit trees and shrubs.

There is a lot of history here because this ruins are the old cortijos were the people stayed during harvest time. The ruins have bread ovens, pig stables and open fire places.

There is a private well that provides water all year round but it can also easily be connected to main water.

Electricity is nearby and can be connected as well.

An ideal opportunity for someone who needs a spacious location for a quiet life, for example having horses or other animals. In the future more houses can be built on this terrain which makes it also a very good investment!
