Hits: 9497 This plot is located a few kilometres outside the village of Torrox, on a South-East facing hillside, and reaches down through well-established olive trees, oaks and pines to the stream at the foot of the hill where various fruit trees have also been planted. The plot is roughly triangular in shape and has a ruin of an old cortijo about two thirds of the way down, just visible in the photograph.
The plot is accessible from a road which then becomes a track which goes to the top corner of the land. From here an access would need to be created across the hillside to reach the 30m2 ruin where one could apply for building permission to reform. The plot has a water share from the water company Benagua, as well a private well on the land, down by the river, and electricity could be connected from the nearby network.
