Townhouse in Cómpeta, Inland Andalucia in the mountains

This is one of our traditional town houses in Spain, located in the beautiful white washed town of Competa. This house is located a few meters from the village center and located in one of the most beautiful streets of the town.

At its entrance it offers us a small living room with a bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a bedroom (which can be used as a pantry due to its proximity to the kitchen). Next, some stairs take us to another living room on the next floor of the house, with a toilet, and three more bedrooms, one of them with a Juliet balcony. From one of these bedrooms there is a back door that leads us to another charming street that takes us directly to Plaza Almijara.

On the upper floor we have a split terrace divided into two sections with views of the town and mountains.

An ideal town house to enjoy your holidays and visit the popular festivals with your family. It would also generate good income as tourist accommodation or as a fully time home! Must be seen!
