Townhouse in Cómpeta, Inland Andalucia at the foot of the mountains

This is one of our wonderful townhouses in Spain, located very close to Plaza Almijara, in the center of Cómpeta; close to all the local businesses and all the town's bars and restaurants.

This house stands out, from its entrance and throughout its interior, for its typical Andalusian features, with wide walls and rustic floors from the period.

At the entrance, we find a foyer-style porch and enter a long living room, a single bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. From the living room, a typical stone staircase leads to another bathroom with access to a small terrace with views of the town and the mountains, and then up to a larger terrace with 360-degree views. Also from the living room, another staircase leads to three bedrooms, one of them with a dressing room.

This house also has a cellar/storage room located on the ground floor, which clearly shows that this was once the resting place for mules after days in the fields. Once restored, it can be used as a storage room or even as a summer living room.
