Townhouse in Árchez, Inland Andalucia in the mountains

This is one of our wonderful town houses in Spain, with an excellent location, in Archez, close to all local amenities, on a quiet street with very good access and parking just a few meters away.

This townhouse is divided into three floors. On the ground floor, we find an entrance hall, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. This floor would need a complete renovation and could easily be converted into a small guest apartment, as it has a separate entrance. Behind this part of the house, there is also a storage room that was originally used as a stable.

From the main entrance, stairs lead to a living/dining room with a Juliet balcony, and to the left, a kitchen and a pantry. From the living room and to the right, there is a good-sized bedroom. Further stairs lead to the upper floor, where we find three bedrooms, one of which opens onto a fantastic terrace that provides plenty of light to the upper part of the house and offers beautiful views of the valley and the Archez River. This floor also includes a spacious family bathroom.

With a few improvements, this house would be the perfect place to experience life in a typical village in southern Andalusia.
