The property offers 120 m2 of living spaceand consists of a spacious living/dining room with an open fireplace, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath tub) and a covered terrace at the back of the house. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, fridge-freezer, electric induction hob, oven, microwave and washing machine.
The garden is very low maintenance, the pool measures 8x4 meters and there is a barbecue and outdoor shower.
The house is in a very quiet location with a beautiful view of the mountainous surroundings.
